of the UTL Administration, in exercise of powers confened by clause (1) sectioi 456 of the
Merchant shipping, 1958 (as amended), on the central Govemment and d;her delegated to the
Director General of Shipping vide Ministry of ports, Shipping and waterways, Goimment of
India, notification No. So No. 3144 dated 14.12.1960, is pleased to order ihat the relaxation
granted vide DGS Order No. I of 2017 shall remain in force for a further period of three years
i.e., up to 8s May, 2023.
