No. F.10(7)/SEC/MCD/Bye-Election/2025/21095 dated 16.10.2025 and in pursuance of the powers conferred under
section 7 of the Delhi Municipal Corporation Act, 1957, as amended till date and the rules made there under and under
all other enabling provisions on this subject, I, Dr. Vijay Dev, State Election Commissioner of National Capital
Territory of Delhi, hereby make the following amendments in the Commission’s Notification referred to above, with
immediate effect:-
