NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 15th October, 2024
G.S.R. 640(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section 1 of Section 3 of the Major
Port Authorities Act, 2021 and in supersession of the Notification of the Government of India, Ministry of
Ports, Shipping & Waterways (PHRD Division) G.S.R. No.53 (E) dated 28th January, 2022, the Central
Government hereby appoints Principal Chief Operations Manager, Southern Railway, in place of Chief
Operations Manager, Southern Railway, as a representative of Member from Ministry of Railways on the
Board of Chennai Port Authority under Section 3(1)(c)(ii) of Major Port Authorities Act, 2021 with
immediate effect and until further orders.
