और जबकक उक्त आयोग को सकं ल्प संख्या 2-14/2018-नीधत-1, किनांक 22 अक्टूबर, 2018 के तहत धिधजटल संचार आयोग के रूप म ें पनु ः पदनाधमत ककया गया था: और जबकक भारत सरकार न ेधनर्णय धलया ह ैकक धिधजटल संचार आयोग को भगं कर किया जाए:

No. 2-3/2012-TCO (Pt.). — Whereas the Government of India, vide Resolution No. 15/1/2/87-Cab., dated 11th April, 1989, established the Telecom Commission to deal with various aspects relating to the telecommunications

sector:

And whereas the said Commission was re-designated as the Digital Communications Commission vide Resolution No. 2-14/2018-Policy-I, dated 22nd October, 2018:

And whereas the Government of India has decided that the Digital Communications Commission be dissolved:

Now, therefore, with effect from the date of publication of this Resolution, the Digital Communications Commission shall stand dissolved.

ORDER Ordered that this Resolution be published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary.

Ordered also that a copy of this Resolution be communicated to all the Ministries of the Government of India and others concerned.
