**Summary:**
On September 9, 2025, the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) released the results of the yield/price-based auction of State Government Securities (SDLs). The total amount to be raised was ₹15,300 crore, with ₹14,900 crore accepted.
Individual state allocations and cut-off yields are as follows:
* **Bihar:** ₹2000 crore accepted; 7.02% (5 year tenor), 7.45% (9 year tenor), 7.52% (11 year tenor)
* **Goa:** ₹100 crore accepted; 7.48% (11 year tenor)
* **Haryana:** ₹500 crore accepted; 7.47% (15 year tenor)
* **Jammu and Kashmir:** ₹1000 crore accepted; 7.51% (16 year tenor)
* **Madhya Pradesh:** ₹300 crore accepted; 7.51% (20 year tenor). Also Reissue of 6.99 Madhya Pradesh SDL 2041, issued on November 17, 2021; ₹1500 crore accepted; 7.48% (17 year tenor), 7.50% (19 year tenor).
* **Maharashtra:** ₹1000 crore accepted; 7.5201% (2041 tenor), 6.74% (4 year tenor).
* **Nagaland:** ₹1000 crore accepted; 7.18% (8 year tenor), 7.24% (9 year tenor)
Nagaland did not accept any amount in the 10-year security.
