हाइजिजनस्ट्ट, (श्रेणी-'सी' पि) भती जवजनयम, 2025 कहा िाएगा।
(2) य ेरािपत्र में प्रकािन की तारीख से लागू होंगे।

िसू रे पक्षकार पर लाग ू वैयजिक कानून के अतं गता अनुमेय ह ै और ऐसा करन े के जलए अन्द्य आधार ह ैं तो वह
दकसी व्यजि को इस जवजनयम के प्रवतान से छूट ि ेसकेगी।
5. जिजथल करन ेकी िजि.--िहां नई दिल्ली नगरपाजलका पररषि की यह राय ह ैदक ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीचीन है,
वहां वह कारण को जलजखत म ेंििा करके तथा केन्द्रीय सरकार के अनुमोिन से, आिेि द्वारा, दकसी वगा या श्रणे ी के व्यजियों
के संबंध में इन जवजनयमों के दकसी उपबंध में जिजथलता िे सकेगी।
6. व्यावजृ त्त.--इन जवजनयमों की कोई बात अनुसूजचत िाजतयों, अनुसूजचत िनिाजतयों, अन्द्य जपछडे वगों, आर्थाक रूप स े
कमिोर वगों, भूतपूवा सैजनकों और अन्द्य जविेष प्रवग ा के व्यजियों के जलए इस संबंध में समय-समय पर केन्द्रीय सरकार
द्वारा िारी आिेिों के अनुसार दिए िाने वाल ेआरक्षण, आय-ु सीमा में छूट और अन्द्य ररयायतों पर प्रभाव नहीं डालेगी।

New Delhi, the 1st April, 2025
F. No. A-12011/10/2023-H(Estt.)-II/D-408.—In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (c) and (e) of
sub-section (1) of section 43 of the New Delhi Municipal Council Act, 1994 (44 of 1994) and with the approval of the
Central Government in terms of sub-section (2) of section 387 of the said Act, the New Delhi Municipal Council
hereby makes the following regulations regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Dental Hygienist in
Medical Services Department, New Delhi Municipal Council, namely:-
1. Short title and commencement.—(1) These rules may be called the New Delhi Municipal Council, Medical
Services Department, Dental Hygienist, (Category -‘C’ Post) Recruitment Regulations, 2025.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Number of Post, classification and level in pay matrix.—The number of post, its classification and level in the
pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these regulations.
3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications etc.—The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and
other matters relating to the said post, shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the aforesaid Schedule.
4. Disqualification.— No person,—
(a) Who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or
(b) Who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person, shall be eligible
for appointment to the said post:
Provided that the New Delhi Municipal Council may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the
personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so
doing, exempt any person from the operation of this regulation.
5. Power to relax.—Where the New Delhi Municipal Council is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to
do, it may, by order and for reason to be recorded in writing and with the approval of the Central Government, relax
any of the provision of these regulations with respect to any class or category of persons.
6. Saving.—Nothing in these regulations shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions
required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, the
Economically Weaker Section, the Ex-servicemen and other special categories of persons, in accordance with the

Note 2: The maximum age-limit for
appointment by deputation shall not
be exceeding fifty-six years as on the
closing date of receipt of application.
