Current Employees in Animal Husbandry Unit

  • Action Items: Deputy Directors should assess their eligibility based on the new rules, particularly the 5-year service requirement in Pay Level-11. The department should ensure fair and transparent promotion processes.

Development Department

  • Action Items: The department needs to implement the new rules, update relevant documentation, and communicate the changes to all stakeholders. Ensure compliance with reservation policies and other directives issued by the Central Government.

Union Public Service Commission (UPSC)

  • Action Items: UPSC's involvement is not required unless the government decides to relax any provision of these rules.

Government of NCT of Delhi
