Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi, is pleased to make the following rules regulating the method of Recruitment for the post of Store Supervisor in the Directorate General of Home Guards, Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi. 1. Short title and commencement:- i. These Recruitment Rules may be called the Store Supervisor Recruitment Rules, 2025 in the Directorate General of Home Guards, Government of NCT of Delhi. ii. They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Delhi Gazette.4 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV] 2. Application:-These rules shall apply to the posts specified in column 1 of the Schedule annexed to these rules. 3. Number of Posts, classification and level in pay matrix:- The number of said posts, their classification and level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be specified in Column No. (2) to (4) of the Schedule. 4. Method of recruitment, age limit, other qualification and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in Column No. (5) to (13) of the said schedule. 5. Disqualification:-No person; a) Who has entered into or contracted marriage with a person having a spouse living; or b) Who having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person, shall be eligible for appointment to any of the said posts; Provided that the Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such persons and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for doing so, exempt any person from the operation of these Rules. 6. Power to relax:-Where the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient to do so, it may, by order, for reason to be recorded in writing, in consultation with the Services Department, Govt. of National Capital Territory of Delhi, may relax any of the provisions of these Rules with respect to any class or category of persons. 7. Saving:-Nothing in these Rules shall affect reservations, relaxation of age limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Schedules Castes, Schedule Tribes, Other Backward Classes, Ex-Servicemen and other special Categories of persons in accordance with orders issued by the Government of India from time to time, in this regard. Should be fully conversant with the rules and procedure relation to indenting stocking issue and disposal of store items. Note-1: [Period of deputation (ISTC) including period of deputations (ISTC) in another Ex-Cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other Organization/ Department of the Central Government shall ordinarily not exceed three years.] Note-2: The Maximum age6 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV] limit for appointment by deputation (ISTC) shall not be exceeding fifty six years as on the closing date of receipt of applications. Note-3:If the departmental candidate is selected for appointment to the post; it is to be treated as having been filled by promotion; otherwise, the post is to be filled by deputation/ short-term contract for the prescribed period of deputation/short-term contract at the end of which the departmental officer will again be afforded an opportunity to be considered for appointment to the post.
