G.O.Ms.No.105,Health Medical& Family Welfare(K1) dept.,Dt.9-4-2007. 3. Application received from Smt Anasuya, W/o Ramulu, Sweeper, GAD, dt.25.1.2012. 4. Govt. Memo.No.3026/SB.II/2012-1, Dated:31.1-2012. 5. Lr.Rc.No.285/CDS/2012, dated.4.2.2012, from the Civil Surgeon Specialist, Govt. Civil Dispensary, A.P. Secretariat, Hyderabad. ***** ORDER: In the reference 3rd read above, Smt Anasuya, W/o Ramulu, Sweeper, General Administration Department has submitted bills for an amount of Rs.38,080.66/- towards the medical expenses incurred for treatment of self at Mediciti Hospitals, Hyderabad as in patient from 21.12.2011 to 24.12.2011 for Recurrent Lipoma and requested to reimburse the said amount to her. The same has been forwarded to the Civil Surgeon Specialist, Secretariat Dispensary, Hyderabad for scrutiny and necessary authorization for admissibility of the bills. In the letter 5th read above, the O/o the Civil Surgeon Specialist, Govt. Civil Dispensary, A.P. Secretariat, Hyderabad has reported that the bills have been scrutinized in terms of the orders issued in the G.Os first and second read above and recommended the net admissible amount of Rs.34,137/-. 2. Sanction is hereby accorded for an amount of Rs.34,137/- ( Rupees Thirty Four Thousand One Hundred and Thirty Seven Only) to Smt Anasuya, W/o Ramulu, Sweeper, General Administration Department towards reimbursement of medical expenses incurred for self at Mediciti Hospitals, Hyderabad for “Recurrent Lipoma” disease as inpatient from 21.12.2011 to 24.12.2011. 3. The General Administration (Claims. A) Department is requested to draw and disburse the amount sanctioned in para 2 above to the individual concerned . 4 This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department as per rules or orders on the subject.
