The period of absence of the above Member of Service in connection with the above visit including journey time, both ways, shall be treated as on duty, during which the officer will draw his grade pay and allowances which he would have drawn but for his visit to Berlin, Germany. The above Member of Service is requested to follow the instructions issued in G.O.Ms.No.124, Finance & Planning, dated 31-8-2000, for drawal of Traveling Allowance and Dearness Allowance read with Circular Memo.No.32876- B/149/A2/2002, dated 06-11-2002. 3. The Officer shall submit a report on his above visit to the General Administration (Spl.D) Department. 4. The expenditure will be met from APTDC on loan basis. Whereas 50% of the amount will be spent by APTDC for part of promotion, remaining 50% will be reimbursed from budget for 2012 -2013 under Tourism promotion. 5. The Principal Secretary to Government, Tourism Department shall make necessary arrangements for the post of Vice Chairman and Managing Director, Andhra Pradesh, Tourism Development Corporation during the above visit of the Officer from 07-03-2012 to 11-03-2012. 6. This order issues with the concurrence of the Finance Department vide their U.O. Note No.2715/M (F N)(O)/, dated 16-02-2012.
