Read the following :- 1. G.O.Ms.No.63, Fin.(Expr.Pw)Dept., dt:18-04-2011. 2. From the RVEO, Ongole, Spl.C.No.1/V&E/-OGL/2012, dated:10-01-2012. * * * * * O R D E R : In the reference 2nd read above, the Regional Vigilance & Enforcement Officer, Ongole has stated that the office building is located in a private building bearing No.37-1-41(25), 8th line, Ram Nagar, Ongole and the owner of the building Smt. V. Kashu Bai, W/o Hanumantha Rao has given consent to let her building in the said Door no. for rent at the rate to be fixed by the Governement. Further it is also reported that the net carpet area of the building is 2929.94sft. Allowing 10% on carpet area as usage area for parking places etc., works out to be 292.99sft. The total carpet area comes to 3222.93sft. The rent for the above building is worked out as per guidelines and found to be Rs.17,726/-(Rupees Seventeen Thousand Seven Hundred and Twenty Six Only) per month considering the ceiling limit prescribed in the Government Order i.e., Rs.5.50 per sft., in respect of all other corporations and special Grade and Selection Grade Municipalities. 2. The Government after careful consideration of the proposal of the Regional Vigilance & Enforcement Officer, Ongole and keeping in view the orders issued vide G.O.1st read above, permission is hereby accorded to the Regional Vigilance & Enforcement Officer, Ongole to occupy the building at Door No. 37-1-41(25), 8th line, Ram Nagar, Ongole belongs to Smt. V. Kashu Bai, W/o Hanumantha Rao for a rent of Rs.17,726/- (Rupees Seventeen Thousand Seven Hundred and Twenty Six Only) per month. 3. The expenditure shall be debited to the head of account “2070 – other Administrative Service M.H. 104 – Vigilance – SH (06) Department of Vigilance & Enforcement (DTF) 140 – Rent Rates and Taxes (NP)”. 4. The Regional Vigilance & Enforcement Officer, Ongole is requested to take action accordingly. 5. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department as per the orders in force.
