ANIMAL HUSBANDRY, DAIRY DEV. & FISHERIES (AH.III) DEPARTMENT G.O.Rt.No. 102 Dated. 2.03.2012. Read the following:- 1. Minutes of Chief Ministers Review Meeting held on 9.05.2011. 2. From the CEO., APLDA, Hyderabad Lr.Roc.No.3618/APLDA/T5/2011, Dated: 1.07.2011. *** ORDER: It is proposed to conduct Election for the post of Chairman, District Livestock Development Agency, Guntur in one day and to conduct the said election, the election programmes specified in the Annexure annexed to this order shall be followed. 2. The Joint Director (AH), Guntur shall be the Election Officer. He shall fix a date for conducting election after giving a notice of not less than 15 days as per the Rules and Regulation of the Agency, a short notice of 7 days can also be given. The entire process of conducting election namely receipt of nomination, scrutiny, withdrawal and voting and declaration of results shall be completed on a single day as specified in the said Annexure. After the election of the Chairman, DLDA, Guntur, necessary steps shall be taken to conduct the election of the Chairman, APLDA. 3.
