Dated: 11-11-03 of ITC Deptt.
2) Circular No.741/IT&C/2003,dt 13-11-2003 of ITC Deptt.
3) Bills received from IDEA Cellular Ltd, Hyd, Bill No.
120100737196, Dated: 24-01-2012.

O R D E R :
Sanction is hereby accorded for payment of Rs.420/- (Rupees Four hundred and
twenty only) to “IDEA Cellular Ltd.A/c.No.8.10260303 towards Cellular telephone
charges, Cellular Phone No.9848128711 during the period from 24-12-2011 to 23-01-
2011 for the official use of APC and Principal Secretary to Government, Agriculture and
Cooperation Department.
2. The amount sanctioned in para 1 above shall be debited to “3451 – Secretariat
Economic Services- 090 – Secretariat – 18 - Agriculture and Cooperation Department -
130 – Office Expenses - 131– Service Postage, Telegram and Telephone charges.”
3. The Agriculture and Cooperation (OP.II/Claims) Department are requested to draw
a cheque for an amount of Rs.420/- in favour of “IDEA Cellular Ltd. A/c. No. 8.10260303”.
4. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department as per rules in
force.
