From Sri D.Ronald Rose, I.A.S., Addl.CEO., Society for Elimination of Rural Poverty, Hyderabad Lr.1018/SERP/ADMN/2011,dated -01-2012. * * * ORDER:- In the reference 1st read above, the Panchayat Raj and Rural Development Department have proposed for participation of Sri D. Ronald Rose, IAS., Additional Chief Executive Officer, Society for Elimination of Rural Poverty in the second meeting of evolving “Practitioner Network” held from 03-11-2011 to 06-11- 2011(excluding journey time) at Colombo, Srilanka. The Member of Service proceeded to Colombo, Srilanka to participate in the said meeting after obtaining the permission from competent authority in anticipation of Government orders. 2. Government, after careful examination of the matter, hereby accord Post fact permission to Sri D. Ronald Rose, IAS., Additional Chief Executive Officer, Society for Elimination of Rural Poverty, A.P., Hyderabad, to participate the meeting of the Evolving “Practitioner Network” from 03rd to 06th November, 2011 duly treating the period of the absence of the MOS as duty including journey time. 3.
