Read the following:- 1.G.O.Ms.No.103, General Administration (SR) Department,Dated:09-02-2012. 2. From the Sri RudraRaju Pama Raju, Government Whip, A.P. Legislative Assembly, Letter Dt:Nil. & & & ORDER: Sri RudraRaju Pama Raju, have been appointed as Government Whip, A.P. Legislative Council, Hyderabad and the same was notified in the G.O. first read above. 2. Sri RudraRaju Padma Raju, Government Whip, A.P. Legislative Council, Hyderabad in his letter 2nd read above, has requested for sanction of Rs.3.00 Lakhs towards purchase of furniture to his official residence as per eligibility. 3. According to Section 3-A ( C ) of A.P. Payment of Salaries and Pension and Removal of Disqualifications Act 1953 “all expenditure for furnishing the residence of Chief Whip in the Assembly or the Whip in the Assembly is provided by the State Government. 4. After careful examination, Government hereby sanction an amount of Rs.3,00,000/- (Rupees Three Lakhs only) to Sri RudraRaju Padma Raju, Government Whip, A.P. Legislative Council for purchase of furniture to his official residence as one time grant, in relaxation of ban orders on the purchase of furniture. 5. The expenditure sanctioned in Para 3 above shall be debited to “4216 – Capital Outlay on Housing – 01 – Govt. Residential Buildings – MH 106 – General Pool Accommodations Scheme included in the plan – GH 11 normal State Plan – SH (04) Residential Accommodations – 530 – Major Works – 531 – Other expenditure” in the Financial Year 2011-12. 6. The Executive Engineer (R&B), Central Buildings Division, Hyderabad is authorized to draw the amount and disburse it to the concerned. 7. The P.S/P.A to Government Whip, A.P. Legislative Council, shall submit a list of the furniture purchased along with the bills to General Administration (Poll.D) Department/Chief Engineer (R&B) Buildings. 8. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance Department vide their PFS.No.863/PFS/2012, Dated:22-2-2012.
