Note, Dt:22-02-2012. & & & ORDER: Sri G.Prasad Kumar, Hon’ble Minister for Handlooms & Textiles, Spinning Mills, SSI and K&VIB, Government of A.P. has assumed charge on 17-02-2012. 2. Sri G.Prasad Kumar, Hon’ble Minister for Handlooms & Textiles, Spinning Mills, SSI and K&VIB, Government of A.P. in his note 2nd read above, has requested for sanction of Rs.3.00 Lakhs towards purchase of furniture to his official residence as per eligibility. 3. After careful examination, Government hereby sanction an amount of Rs.3,00,000/- (Rupees Three Lakhs only) to Sri G.Prasad Kumar, Hon’ble Minister for Handlooms & Textiles, Spinning Mills, SSI and K&VIB, Government of A.P. for purchase of furniture to his official residence as one time grant, in relaxation of ban orders on the purchase of furniture. 4. The expenditure sanctioned in para 3 above shall be debited to “4216 – Capital Outlay on Housing – 01 – Govt. Residential Buildings – MH 106 – General Pool Accommodations Scheme included in the plan – GH 11 normal State Plan – SH (04) Residential Accommodations – 530 – Major Works – 531 – Other expenditure” in the Financial Year 2011-12. 5. The Executive Engineer (R&B) Central Buildings Division, Hyderabad is authorized to draw the amount and disburse it to the concerned. 6. The P.S/P.A to Hon’ble Minister for Handlooms & Textiles, Spinning Mills, SSI and K&VIB, Government of A.P. shall submit a list of the furniture purchased along with the bills to General Administration (Poll.D) Department/Chief Engineer (R&B) Buildings. 7. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance Department vide their PFS.No.957/PFS/2012, Dated:25-2-2012.
