GAD.I) Dept., Dt:29-02-2012. ***** ORDER: An amount of Rs.125.00 lakhs has been provided to the Resident Commissioner, A.P. Bhavan, New Delhi under non-plan scheme in the current financial 2011-2012. Out of that an amount of Rs.93.75 lakhs have released towards 1st, 2nd & 3rd quarters. 2. In the reference 2nd read above, the Finance Department have issued Budget Release Order for an amount of Rs.31.25 lakhs (Rupees thirty one lakhs and twenty five thousand only) to the Resident Commissioner, A.P. Bhavan, New Delhi under Non-Plan towards 4th quarter during the current financial year 2011-2012. 3. Accordingly, Government hereby accord Administrative Sanction for an amount of Rs.31.25 lakhs (Rupees thirty one lakhs and twenty five thousand only) to the Resident Commissioner, A.P. Bhavan, New Delhi towards 4th quarter for the current financial year 2011-2012. 4. The amount sanctioned at para (3) above shall be debited to the following Non-Plan Head of Account: 2059 - Public Works 01 - Office Buildings MH.053 - Maintenance and Repairs SH (11) - Buildings of Protocol (APGH) 270/271 - Other Expenditure 270/272 - Maintenances 5. The Resident Commissioner, A.P. Bhavan, New Delhi and Director of Works Accounts, Hyderabad are directed to regulate the expenditure to the extent of LOC now authorized. 6. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department in view of the BRO issued in the reference read above. 7.
