Memo No. 534/SC.X/A1/2011- 1, Dtd. 05.11.2011, *** ORDER: The Director General of Police, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad through the letter 4th read above has furnished the medical claim for Rs.16,024/-, in respect of Sri Mahender Kumar Rathod, IPS, S.P., EOW, CID, Hyderabad, towards treatment obtained for him self for “Coronary Angio decease” as Out patient during the period from 28.05.2011 to 31.05.2011 at District Police Hospital, Hyderabad, and requested for issue of necessary orders, in terms of the orders issued in the G.O. 2nd read above. 2. The Police Medical Officer, District Police Hospital, SAR,CPL, Amberpet, Hyderabad has scrutinized the bills and indicated in the reference 3rd read above, that the net admissibility amount is Rs. 16,024/-, for sanction. 3. Accordingly, sanction is hereby accorded for payment of an amount of Rs. 16,024/- (Rupees sixteen thousands and twenty four only) to Sri Mahender Kumar Rathod, IPS, towards reimbursement of medical expenses incurred for the treatment obtained for him self for “Coronary Angio decease” as Out patient during the period from 28.05.2011 to 31.05.2011 at District Police Hospital, Hyderabad, in terms of the All India Services (Medical Attendance) Rules, 1954 and as per the orders issued in the G.O.’s 1st and 2nd read above. 4. The Drawing and Disbursing Officer, O/o the Additional Director General of Police, C.I.D., A.P., Hyderabad is hereby authorized to draw and disburse the amount sanctioned in para (3) above to Sri Mahender Kumar Rathod, IPS, duly debiting the expenditure to the head of account from where the pay and allowances of the Member of Service are drawn. 5. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department as per the orders on the subject.
