O R D E R :
In the reference 1st read above, the Member Secretary, A.P.
Commission for Backward Classes, Hyderabad has submitted the proposal for
re-appropriation of budget for an amount of Rs.0.86 lakhs out of the over all
savings under non-salary heads within the budget provision and requested
the Government to accord administration sanction to that effect.
2. In the reference 2nd read above, Finance (B.G.IV) Department have
issued orders for re-appropriation of budget to the tune of Rs.86,000/- from
Head of Account “2225-03-001-04-110 Domestic Travel Expenses -113-
TA/DA to Non-official Members to the Head of Account “2225-03-001-04-
140-Rents,Rates and Taxes” ) to meet the expenditure towards the
payment of house rent for the office of the in A.P. Commission for Backward
Classes as additional grants, by way of re-appropriation.
3. In pursuance of the above re-appropriation orders issued in the G.O.
2nd read above, Government hereby accord administrative sanction to the
Member Secretary, A.P. Commission for Backward Classes, Hyderabad for
an amount of Rs.86,000/-(Rupees Eighty Six Thousand Only) to meet the
expenditure towards the payment of rents under 140-Rents,Rates and Taxes
for the A.P. Commission for Backward Classes, as additional grants by way of
re-appropriation, from the Budget Estimates of 2011-2012 under the
following Head of Account as detailed below:
