State Co- Operative Marketing Federation Ltd.,, AP, Hyderabad to proceed to Goa to participate in Zonal Advisory Committee Meeting on 12-2-2012 and to return back to Hyderabad on 13-2-2012. The absence of the above officer including to and fro journey time shall be treated as on duty under Rule 9(6)(b)(i) of Fundamental Rules and he shall be eligible for T.A. and D.A. as per A.P.T.A. Rules. The expenditure of the above tour shall be debited to the Head of Account to which his pay and allowances are being drawn.
