Read the following:- 1. G.O.Rt.No. 7203, G.A. (SC.X) Dept., Dated 19.10.2005. 2. From Sri C.R.Kamalanathan, I.A.S.( Retd), Letter Dated 05.03.2012. ***** ORDER: In the G.O. 1st read above, Govt. have accorded permission to Sri C.R.Kamalanathan, I.A.S.(Retd) to go to Mumbai for his half yearly medical check-up at Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai and to travel by air at concessional rates admissible to cancer patients. 2. Sri C.R.Kamalanathan, I.A.S.(Retd), in his letter 2nd read above has requested for reimbursement of an amount of Rs. 8,435 /-, incurred by him towards to and fro journey to Mumbai on 31st January, 2012, for the periodical follow-up medical check-up. 3. After careful consideration of the request, sanction is hereby accorded for payment of an amount of Rs.8,435/- (Rupees eight thousand four hundred and thirty five only ) to Sri C.R.Kamalanathan, I.A.S.(Retd), towards reimbursement of air fare for the journey performed by him from Hyderabad to Mumbai and back, in connection with the periodical follow-up medical check-up for the treatment of “prostrate cancer”, at Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai. 4. The General Administration (Claims-C) Dept., shall draw and credit the amount sanctioned in para (3) above to Sri C.R.Kamalanathan, I.A.S.(Retd), into his Savings Bank account No.10000906984, State Bank of India, Personal Banking Branch, Masab tank, Hyderabad duly debiting the expenditure to the relevant head of account. 5. This orders issues with the concurrence of Finance Department vide their C.No. 2948/PFS/2005, Dtd. 1 3.10.2005.
