Nellore districts polling on 18.03.2012 (Sunday) in connection with Bye-
elections – Notification – Issued – Orders cancelled – Modified Notification –

O R D E R:-
The orders issued vide G.O.Rt.No.1015, General Administration (Elecs.B)
Department, dated 06.03.2012 are hereby cancelled. The revised orders are
issued as below.
2. The following Notification will be published in an extraordinary issue of
Andhra Pradesh Gazettee.
NOTIFICATION
Under the “Explanation” to Section 25 of the Negotiable Instruments act,
1881 (Central Act XXVI of 1881) read with Government of India, Ministry of
Home Affairs, Notification No.20/25/56 Public-I, Dated: 8th June, 1957, the
Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby declares the day of poll i.e., 18.03.2012
(Sunday) to be a Public Holiday, in the areas of 07-Adilabad, 16-Kamareddy,
74-Mahabubnagar, 81-Nagarkurnool, 85-Kollapur, 99-Ghanpur (Station) (SC) and
235-Kovur Assembly Constituencies in Adilabad, Nizamabad, Mahabubnagar,
Warangal and Nellore districts.
2. The Government also hereby directs that the day of Poll i.e., 18.03.2012
(Sunday) shall be a General Holiday for all the Government Offices and
Educational Institutions to which there is no holiday on that day, in the areas of
the 07-Adilabad, 16-Kamareddy, 74-Mahabubnagar, 81-Nagarkurnool,
(P.T.O):: 2 ::
85-Kollapur, 99-Ghanpur (Station) (SC) and 235-Kovur Assembly Constituencies
in Adilabad, Nizamabad, Mahabubnagar, Warangal and Nellore districts.
