Awarding of House-Keeping Services to various blocks of Secretariat, by following due procedure is under active consideration of Govt. However, this will take some more time as various procedural formalities have to be observed / followed. In order to keep the buildings and premises of Secretariat clean, Government felt that the existing agencies be allowed to perform the House-Keeping Services. 3. Government therefore, after careful consideration, hereby extend the term of the contract of the Agencies mentioned in para (1) above, for a further period up to 30th April, 2012 or till the new order comes into force, whichever is earlier for attending to the House-Keeping Services on the existing terms and conditions. 4. The expenditure on the House Keeping Services shall be debited to the Head of Account “2052-Secretariat General Services – 090- Secretariat – SH (04)-General Administration Department – 130-Office Expenses – 132-Other Office Expenses”. 5. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department as per rules or orders on the subject.
