In the circumstances reported by the Executive Engineer (R&B), EBD., Hyderabad in the reference read above and after careful examination of the matter, administrative sanction is hereby accorded for an amount of `.46,000/-(Rupees Forty six thousand only) for renovation of toilet of Hon’ble Minister for Home, at 8th floor, J-Block, in the premises of A.P.Secretariat, following due procedure, on the responsibility of the Executive Engineer (R&B), EBD., Hyderabad and also subject to production of work done certificate at the time of issue of LOC. 3. The expenditure shall be debited to the head of account “2059 Public works - 01 Office buildings – MH 053 Maintenance and repairs – SH (10) Buildings of Genl.Admn.Dept. – 270 Minor works – 272 Maintenance”. 4.
