3. From M/s. I News TV, Hyderabad, Invoice Nos.1517/2011-12,
& 1514/2011-12, dt:30-11-2011 and 1581/2011-12,

ORDER:
In the letter 2nd read above, M/s. I News TV, Hyderabad has been requested to telecast
spots and scrolls through their channel from 19-11-2011 to 02-12-2011 to create awareness
among the citizens / electors regarding Special Summary Revision of Photo Electoral Rolls with
reference to 01-01-2012 as qualifying date. Accordingly, M/s i News TV, Hyderabad has
telecasted the spots and scrolls and furnished the bills for an amount of Rs.57,908 (i.e.,
Rs.33,090.00 + Rs.8,273 + Rs.16,545) including all taxes and requested for arranging payment in
the reference 3rd read above.
2. After careful examination, Government hereby accord sanction for payment of Rs.57,908/-
(Rupees Fifty seven thousand nine and eight only) to M/s. Integrated Broadcasting Company
Private Limited, Hyderabad towards the cost of telecasting spots and scrolls through their channel
from 19-11-2011 to 02-12-2011 to create awareness among the citizens / electors regarding
Summary Revision of Photo Electoral Rolls with reference to 01-01-2012 as qualifying date as
detailed below:

3. The expenditure sanctioned in para 2 above shall be debited to “2015 Elections - M.H
108 Issue of Photo Identity Cards to Voters – S.H (04) Photo Identity Cards to Voters –
260 Advertisements, Sales and Publicity Expenses” and shall be met from the funds
provided in B.E. 2011-12.
4. The General Administration (Claims.C) Department are requested to draw the amount
sanctioned in para 2 above and credit in favour “Integrated Broadcasting Company Private
Limited, Hyderabad” A/c No. 910020014202472, Axis Bank, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad,
IFSC Code: UTIB0000030, MICR Code: 500211004.
5. The Pay and Accounts Officer, Hyderabad is requested to admit the bill in relaxation of
Freezing orders issued vide Memo 1st read above.
6. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department.
