ORDER:
Sanction is hereby accorded for payment of an amount of
`.4,008/- (Rupees Four thousand & eight only) towards electricity
consumption charges for the SC No.002868 of the official residence of
Chief Secretary to Government at Bungalow No.4, Kundanbagh,
Begumpet, Hyderabad for the month of February, 2012 to Andhra
Pradesh Central Power Distribution Corporation Ltd., Hyderabad.
22. The expenditure sanctioned in para-1 above shall be debited to
the Head of Account “2052-Secretariat General Services – 090-
Secretariat – SH (04)-General Administration Department – 130-Office
Expenses – 133 - Water and electricity charges”.
3. The General Administration (Claims.C) Dept., are requested to
draw said amount in favour of “AAO., ERO-1, Greenlands,
Electricity Revenue Office-I, Hyderabad” and credit the same in
Account bearing No.008010200057646, MICR Code No.500211002,
IFSC Code No.UTIB0000008, Axis Bank, CTO Extn. Counter,
Nampally, Hyderabad – 500 004.
44. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance
Department as per the existing instructions on the subject.
