GOVERNMENT OF ANDHRA PRADESH ABSTRACT Newspapers, magazines and periodicals, etc. purchased by the Chairman, 20 Point Economic Programme during the months of December, 2011 to February, 2012– Reimbursement of expenditure – Orders – Issued. =============================================================== GENERAL ADMINISTRATION (OP.VII) DEPARTMENT G.O.Rt.No. 1106 Dated 09.03.2012 Read the following: From Sri Syed Azeemuddin, Newspaper Agent, Hyderabad bill for the months of December, 2011 to February, 2012.. -o0o- ORDER: Sanction is hereby accorded for reimbursement of an amount of Rs.3,000/- (Rupees Three Thousand only) to Sri N.Thulasi Reddy, Chairman, 20 Point Economic Programme, towards the cost of newspapers, magazines and periodicals purchased by him during the months of December, 2011 to February, 2012. 2. The above expenditure shall be debited to the Head of Account “2013-Council of Ministers, MH 800-Other Expenditure, SH 04-Other Expenditure, 130-Office Expenses, 132-Other Office Expenses.” 3. The General Administration (Claims.C) Department are requested to draw and credit the amount sanctioned in para 1 above to the individual’s Account No.067401502703, ICICI Bank, Kadapa, IFSC Code.ICIC0000674, MICR Code 516229002. 4. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department as per rules in force.
