O R D E R:
Under Articles 230/231 of the A.P. Financial Code Volume-I, read with the orders
issued in the references 1st, 2nd and 4th read above, Government hereby sanction an advance
of Rs.60,000/- (Rupees sixty thousand only) to Sri Md. Yousuf, Jamedar Scavenger,
General Administration Department for purchase of a Motor Cycle.
2. The advance sanctioned above is subject to the following conditions:-
i) that he should draw the advance in the financial year 2011-12
ii) that he should purchase the Motor Cycle and finally pay for it within one
month from the date on which the advance is drawn; failing which the advance
drawn together with interest thereon shall be refunded to the Government;
iii) that he should execute an agreement bond in Form 13-C and a Mortgage
Bond in Form 14 of A.P.F.C.Volume – I and;
iv) that the vehicle is insured against loss or damage by fire or accident or riot
by civil commotion, within one month from the date of purchase of Motor
Cycle/Scooter failing which the full advance drawn with the interest must be
refunded to Government. The insurance affected on the vehicle shall be from
the date of its purchase.
3. If the actual price paid for the vehicle is less than the advance drawn, balance
amount should be refunded to the Government forthwith.
4. The mortgage bond in Form 14 of the A.P.F.C. Volume-I and other documents
should be submitted to the Government within a fortnight from the date of the purchase of
vehicle together with a report of the drawl of the advance, the purchase of the Motor Cycle
and its insurance.
5. The advance sanctioned to the individual shall be recovered in 15 equal monthly
installments at the rate of Rs.4,000/- (Rupees four thousand only) per month and interest
at the rate of 5% per annum which is subject to revision, shall be recovered in 4 monthly
installments.
6. The advance sanctioned shall be drawn from the budget allotment to General
Administration (SB.II) Department, in the reference 5th read above and shall be debited to
the Head of Account “7610-Loans to Government Servants-MH 202 Advance for
purchase of Motor cycles, S.H (05) Loans for purchase of Motor Cycle” 001 - loans for
purchase of Motor Cycles.

7. The General Administration (Claims-A) Department is requested to draw and
disburse the amount to the individual immediately. Certified that this is the first advance
sanctioned to the individual. It is also certified that the basic pay of the individual is
Rs.16,600/-.
8. This is to certify that the individual wife is not a Government Servant.
9. This orders does not require the concurrence of Finance Department under the rules
and orders in force.
