(PW:LA.IV-R&R-I) Department, A.P.Secretariat, Hyderabad has furnished medical bills in respect of Sri Dr. P.Laxminarayana, I.A.S.(Retd) for an amount of 23,724/- & Rs.21,550/- (totaling Rs.45,274/-), towards treatment obtained for self and spouse for “Diabetes and Cardiac disease” as out patients during the period from 6.12.2010 to 04.05.2011 at Care Hospital, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad for taking necessary action in terms of the G.O. 2nd read above. 2. The Civil Surgeon Specialist, Govt. Civil Dispensary, A.P.Sectt., Hyderabad has scrutinized both the medical bills and reported in the reference 6th cited that the net admissible amount is Rs.42,651/-, for sanction. 3. Accordingly, sanction is hereby accorded for payment of an amount of Rs. 42,651/- ( Rupees forty two thousand six hundred and fifty one only) to Dr. P. Laxminarayana, IAS (Retd), towards reimbursement of medical expenses incurred for the treatment obtained for self and spouse for “Diabetes and Cardiac disease” as out patients during the period from 6.12.2010 to 04.05.2011 at Care Hospital, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad, under the A.P. Integrated Medical Attendance Rules, 1972 and as per the orders issued in the G.O.’s 1st and 2nd read above. 4. The Drawing and Disbursing Officer, O/o the Special Collector (LA) SRSP, Tarnaka , Hyderabad shall draw and disburse the amount sanctioned in para three above, to Dr. P. Laxminarayana, I.A.S.(Retd), duly debiting the expenditure to the relevant head of account. 5. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department as per the orders on the subject.
