From the Director, BC Welfare, Lr.No.B1/1923/2009, Dated:03.02.2012 *** ORDER: In the reference 6th read above, the Director, BC Welfare has informed that he has incurred an amount of Rs.3,17,17,120/- towards payment of 7,92,928 ATM Service Card Charges issued by State Bank of India to BC Students during 2008-09 and 2009-10 and an amount of Rs.48,54,360/- for 1,21,359 ATM Service Cards to EBC Students during 2009-10. The balance amount of Rs.9,05,360 and Rs.2,26,160 are yet to be paid to the State Bank of India 2. The Director, BC Welfare has therefore requested the Government o accord permission for payment of balance amount of Rs.9,05,360/- towards Service Charges to ATM Cards issued by State Bank of India to BC Students during the year 2008-09 & 2009-10 by meeting the expenditure from Post-Matric Scholarships Head of Account (Plan) and Rs.2,26,160/- towards Service Charges to ATM Cards issued by State Bank of India to EBC Students during the year 2009-10 under the Head of Account of Reimbursement of Tuition Fees to EBC Students. 3. Government hereby accord permission to the Director, BC Welfare to meet the expenditure for payment of balance amount of Rs.9,05,360/- towards Service Charges to ATM Cards issued by State Bank of India to BC Students during the year 2008-09 & 2009-10 and Rs.2,26,160/- towards Service Charges to ATM Cards issued by State Bank of India to EBC Students during the year 2009-10 from with in the allocation under Post-Matric Scholarships to BCs from B.E. 2011-12. 4.
