Rajiv Ratan, IPS, Sl.No.9 in The date of surrender of Earned Leave IGP, West Zone, G.O.Rt.No.576, shall be w.e.f. 7.1.2012 instead of Hyderabad. dated 8.2.2012 1.7.2012, which is a typographical error. 3. C.V.Anand, IPS, Sl.No.10 in The MOS is eligible to surrender 15 days Addl.C.P.Traffic, G.O.Rt.No.576, Earned Leave w.e.f. 1.3.2012 i.e., after Hyderabad dated 8.2.2012 completion of 12 months from the previous surrender of Earned Leave in terms of instructions issued by the Finance Department vide Circular dated 28.07.2011. 4. Ravi Gupta, IPS, Sl.No.4 in The MOS is eligible to surrender 15 days IGP, PSC &S, G.O.Rt.No.734, Earned Leave w.e.f. 16.2.2012 i.e., after Hyderabad. dated completion of 12 months from the 17.2.2012 previous surrender of Earned Leave in terms of instructions issued by the Finance Department vide Circular dated 28.07.2011. 5. Y.Gangadhar, Sl.No.15 in The MOS is eligible to surrender 30 days IPS, DCP, East G.O.Rt.No.734, Earned Leave w.e.f. 29.1.2012 i.e., after Zone, Hyd City. dated completion of 24 months from the 17.2.2012 previous surrender of Earned Leave in terms of instructions issued by the Finance Department vide Circular dated 28.07.2011. In the circumstances stated by the Pay and Accounts Officer, Government in partial modification of orders issued in the references 2nd & 3rd read above, here by cancels the sanction of Surrender of Earned Leave for encashment in respect of Sri C.V.Anand, IPS, Sri K.Venugopala Rao, IPS, Sri Ravi Gupta, IPS and Sri Y.Gangadhar, IPS. The Members of Service are requested to apply for the surrender of Earned Leave for encashment as per their entitlement mentioned in Col.No.4. in para 1 above. 3. In the orders issued in G.O.Rt. No. 576, dated 8.2.2012 in respect of Sri Rajiv Ratan, IPS for surrender of Earned Leave the date shall be read as 7.1.2012 at Sl.No.9 and Column No.4 of the said G.O. 4. The Pay and Accounts Officer, Hyderabad shall take necessary action accordingly.
