ORDER:
Sanction is hereby accorded for payment of an amount of
`.3,52,322/- (Rupees Three lakhs fifty two thousand three hundred &
twenty two only) to Andhra Pradesh Central Power Distribution
Corporation Limited, Hyderabad towards electricity consumption
charges for L.T. Connection No.BB11000000 229955 for the month of February,
2012.
3. The expenditure sanctioned in para-1 above shall be debited to
the Head of Account “2052-Secretariat General Services – 090-
Secretariat – SH (04)-General Administration Department – 130-Office
Expenses – 133-Water & electricity charges”.
4. The General Administration (Claims.C) Department are requested
to draw and credit the said amount in favour of “AAO., ERO-5, Mint
Compound, APCPDCL, Hyderabad” bearing Account
No.008010200057424, MICR No.500211008, IFSC Code
No.UTIB0000008, Axis Bank Ltd., Nampally, Hyderabad Main
Branch.
5. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance
Department as per the existing instructions on the subject.
