From the Executive Engineer (R&B), EBD., Hyderabad Letter
No.DB/HD/Sectt/2011-12/1104, dated 05.01.2012.

ORDER:
In the reference read above, the Executive Engineer (R&B), EBD.,
Hyderabad has furnished the civil estimates for an amount of `.49,000/-
(Rupees Forty nine thousand only) for providing colouring & painting in
the Peshi of Prl.Secretary (Finance) and Spl.Chief Secretary to Govt.,
EFS&T Dept., at 2nd floor of D-Block, in the premises of A.P.Secretariat
and requested to accord administrative sanction.
2. In the circumstances reported by the Executive Engineer (R&B),
EBD., Hyd in the reference read above and after careful examination of
the matter, administrative sanction is hereby accorded for an amount of
`.49,000/-(Rupees Forty nine thousand only) for providing colouring &
painting in the Peshi of Prl.Secretary (Finance) and Spl.Chief Secretary to
Govt., EFS&T Dept., at 2nd floor of D-Block, in the premises of
A.P.Secretariat, on the responsibility of the Executive Engineer (R&B),
EBD., Hyd, subject to following standard procedures and also subject to
production of work done certificate at the time of issue of LOC.
3. The expenditure shall be debited to the head of account “2059
Public works - 01 Office buildings – MH 053 Maintenance and repairs – SH
(10) Buildings of Genl.Admn.Dept. – 270 Minor works – 272 Maintenance”.
4. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance & Planning
(FW) Dept., in terms of circular Memo.No.7088/049/A/BG/2000-1, dated
25.10.2002.
