From RED-F.M 93.5, Hyderabad Bill No. 5200700727/2012/01, dt: 31-01-2012. *** ORDER: In the letter 3rd read above, the RED-FM 93.5, Hyderabad Radio Channel has been requested to broadcast 40 Radio Jingles spots through all stations in their channel during prime time in the morning (five jingles) and evening (five jingles) from 22nd to 24th January, 2012 and in the morning (10 jingles) on 25-01-2012 to create awareness among citizens / electors regarding National Voters Day Celebrations on 25-01-2012. Accordingly, RED-FM 93.5 has broadcasted 40 Radio Jingles spots through Visakhapatnam station in Andhra Pradesh from 22-01-2012 to 25-01-2012 and furnished the bills for an amount of Rs.52,944/- of M/s.Udaya FM Private Limited, Chennai as per the DAVP approved rates including all taxes and requested for arranging payment vide reference 3rd read above. 2. After careful examination, Government hereby accord sanction for payment of Rs.52,944/- (Rupees Fifty two thousand nine hundred and forty four only) to M/s.Udaya FM Private Limited, Chennai towards broadcasting 40 Radio Jingles spots through Visakhapatnam station from 22-01-2012 to 25-01-2012 to create awareness among the citizens / electors regarding National Voters Day Celebrations. 3. The expenditure sanctioned in para 2 above shall be debited to “2015 Elections - MH 108 Issue of Photo Identity Cards to Voters – SH (04) Photo Identity Cards to Voters – 260 Advertisements, Sales and Publicity Expenses” and shall be met from the funds provided in B.E. 2011-12. 4. The General Administration (Claims.C) Department are requested to draw the amount sanctioned in para 2 above and credit in favour of “M/s.
