Lr.No.PAO/PAG.I/U.IV/2011-12/4325, dt.29.02.2012. * * * * * ORDER: Under rule 20-A of the All India Services (Leave) Rules, 1955, sanction is hereby accorded for payment of cash value of 290 (two hundred and ninety only) days of Earned Leave and 10 (ten) days of H.P.L i.e. shortfall of 300 days maximum of eligible leave for encashment to Sri S.E. Sekhar Babu, IAS (1990) who retired voluntarily from service on 29.02.2012. 2. The Pay and Accounts officer, Hyderabad shall verify the record of the Member of Service and issue necessary authorization to the Drawing & Disbursing officer, Office of the A.P. Information Commission, Hyderabad for drawal of the amount sanctioned in para-1 above. 3. The Drawing & Disbursing officer, Office of the A.P. Information Commission, Hyderabad shall draw and disburse the amount to the Member of Service by way of cheque under proper acknowledgement.
