O R D E R:
Sanction is hereby accorded for payment of an amount of Rs.
3,266/- (Rupees Three thousand two hundred and sixty six only) to the Accounts
Officer (Cash), B.S.N.L., PGMTD, Hyderabad towards payment of Telephone
charges of the Telephone No. 040-23451111 used at Call Center at the office of
Chief Electoral Officer & Principal Secretary to Government, G.A (Elections)
Department for the period from 01.02.2012 to 29.02.2012.
2. The expenditure sanctioned in Para 1 above shall be debited to “2015
Elections – M.H.102 Electoral Officers – S.H.(01) Headquarters Office – 130
Office Expenses – 131 Service postage, Telegram & Telephone Charges”
and shall be met from out of the budget available in B.E 2011-12.
3. The General Administration (Claims.C) Department is requested to
prepare a bill and credit the amount in favour of AO CASH MAIN BSNL,
Hyderabad, Account No.CBCA01000076, Corporation Bank, Siddiambar
bazaar, Hyderabad. (IFSC Code: CORP0000043) (MICR Code – 500017007)
under intimation to this Department.
4. This order does not require the concurrence of the Finance Department
under the orders in force.
