ORDER:
Under Rule 47 (3) of A.P.T.A. Rules, 1996, permission is hereby accorded to
Sri Harpreet Singh, IAS (AP:91), Commissioner, Civil Supplies and E.O. Secretary to
Government, Consumer Affairs, Food & Civil Supplies Department to attend the
Conference of Secretaries of States dealing with Consumer Affairs and Presidents of the
State Commissions on 14-3-2012 at New Delhi on the eve of National Level Function of
World Consumer Rights Day on 15th March, 2012.
2. The period of absence of the Member of Service in connection with the above
visit including the journey time both ways shall be treated as “on duty”.
3. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department.
