From the CH & FW, A.P.,Hyderabad, Lr.No.166/FW.E3/2011, Dt.26.06.2011. 3. G..O.Ms.No.127, Finance (DCM.III) Deptt., dt.27.06.2011 -x-x-x- ORDER:- In the reference 1st read above the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal in its orders dt.20-5-2011, while disposing of the O.A. has directed the Government to pass appropriate orders as per rules on the representation dated1-2-2011 filed by the applicant for transfer to Kadapa District within the 3 weeks. 2. In the reference 2nd read above the Commissioner of Health & Family Welfare, A.P, Hyderabad has stated that Smt.G. Mariyamma, PHN, PHC, Gonegandla, Kurnool District has submitted a representation dated.1-2-2011 to the Government through proper channel, stating that her husband is suffering from heart complaint since long time, requires medical treatment timely. He is bedridden, no one to look after his health at Kadapa and her presence is very essential to look after his health. His health is deteriorating day by day and while submitting Medical Certificate, to that effect, she has requested the Government to transfer her to the PHC, Vallur of Kadapa District. 3. After examination of the proposal, the Government hereby order to transfer Smt.G. Mariyamma, PHN, PHC, Gonegandla, Kurnool District and post her to PHC, Vallur of Kadapa District subject to availability of vacancy in relaxation of ban on transfer orders issued in the G.O.3rd read above. 4. Smt.G.Mariyamma, PHN is not eligible for any TTA /DA since above transfer is at her own request. 5. The Commissioner of Health & Family Welfare, A.P, Hyderabad shall take further necessary action in the matter accordingly. 6. The order issues with the concurrence of Finance Department vide their U.O.No.31311/10861/A1/DCM.III/11, dt.2.12.2011.
