Sanction is accorded for the payment of Rs. 6,500/- (Rupees Six thousand
Five hundred only) to A.P. Women’s CO-OP. Finance Corporation Limited,
Hyderabad towards the cost of 10 packs of Letter Pads (A4-Tri Color) supplied
for the use of Chief Minster’s Peshies.
2. The above expenditure shall be debited to “2013 Council of Ministers - M.H.
800 Other expenditure - SH.04 Other expenditure - 130 Office Expenses – 132
Other Office Expenses”.
3. The General Administration (Claims.C) Department is requested to
arrange for credit of sanctioned amount to the Account No. 480816207,
Indian Bank, Begumpet Branch, IFSC Code: IDIB000B057, MICR Code:
500019006
4. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance (FW) Department
vide their U.O.Note No.39532/A/322/A2/TFR/96, Dated:20.09.1997.
