ORDER:
The Secretary, A.P.Public Service Commission in the letter 1st read above, has
stated that, she has attended in Service Compulsory Training Programme for I.A.S.
officers for one week conducted at Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, New Delhi during
the period 12.12.2011 to 16.12.2011 vide G.O.Rt.No.5396, G.A(Special-B) Department,
dt:03.12.2011,and an amount of Rs.24,129/- (Rupees twenty four thousand one
hundred and twenty nine only) was incurred by her towards Traveling Allowances &
Daily Allowances and no advance was drawn.
2. In the G.O. 2nd read above, orders have been issued releasing an amount of
Rs.0.25 lakhs (Rupees twenty five thousand only) as additional budget under the
following heads of account during 2011-2012 to meet the expenditure of Rs.24,129/-
incurred by the Secretary, A.P.Public Service Commission for Traveling Allowances &
Daily Allowances, in relaxation of Treasury Control and Quarterly Regulation orders
pending provision of funds by way of supplementary grant during 2011-2012:

3. Accordingly, administrative sanction is hereby accorded for incurring an amount
of Rs.0.25 lakhs (Rupees twenty five thousand) under the head of Account as indicated
in Para (2) above, and the Secretary, A.P.Public Service Commission is permitted to
draw an amount of Rs.24,129/- (Rupees twenty four thousand one hundred and twenty
nine only) from the above said amount, for the travelling expenses, for in service
compulsory training programme of IAS Officers at New Delhi.
4. The Secretary, A.P. Public Service Commission shall take necessary further
action in the matter duly following all the Treasury and Financial Rules in force.
