3. Letter along with bills received from M/s. Bigbee Telecom, Hyderabad
05/03/2012.

O R D E R:-
Sanction is hereby accorded for payment of an amount of Rs.47334/- (Rupees
Forty Seven Thousand Three Hundred and Thirty Four Only) to M/s.Bigbee Telecom,
Hyderabad towards the cost of a new NEC SL1000 Digital Key Telephone System along
with equipments with cabling installed in the office chamber of Sri C.Ramachandraiah,
Hon’ble Minster for Endowments.
2. The expenditure sanctioned in para-1 above shall be debited to “2013 Council of
Ministers – M.H.800 – Other Expenditure – S.H.(04) – Other Expenditure - 130 Office
Expenses – 132 other office expenses”.
3. The General Administration (OP.VI/Tel.Expr.) Department are requested to
arrange for credit of sanctioned amount to M/s.Bigbee Telecom, Hyderabad Account
No.52082288858, State Bank of Hyderabad, MC Tankbund Branch, IFSC Code:
SBHY0020432, MICR Code: 500004039.
4. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department under the
orders in force.
