Letter, Dated:07-01-2012.
2) From the Secretary, A.P.Public Service Commission, Letter No.1259/ADB/1/
2008, Dated:10-01-2012.

ORDER:
Dr. Pochaiah Maraty, Member, Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission has
requested to permit him to surrender 30 days of Earned Leave from 07.01.2012 during
the financial years 2010-2011 & 2011-2012. The Secretary, Andhra Pradesh Public
Service Commission certified that the Member is having 83 days of Earned Leave at his
credit and he has not been permitted to encash any Earned Leave during the financial
years 2010-2011 &2011-2012.
2. The Government, therefore, Under Regulation 5 (A) of A.P.Public Service
Commission 1963, hereby permit Dr.Pochaiah Maraty, Member, Andhra Pradesh Public
Service Commission to surrender leave of 30 days from 07.01.2012 during the financial
years 2010-2011 & 2011-2012 for the purpose of encashment.
3. The Secretary, A.P.Public Service Commission is requested to make necessary
entries in the Service Register of the Member, A.P.Public Service Commission.
