Representation from the President, Telangana Non-Gazetted Officers’ Union, Secretariat Branch, Hyderabad dt.06.2.2012. 2. G.O.Rt.No.1678, Fin.(Expr. GAD.I) Dept., dt.28.04.2011. 3. G.O.Rt.No.2885, Fin.(Expr. GAD.I) Dept., dt.25.07.2011. * * * The President, Telangana Non-Gazetted Officers’ Union, in his representation 1st read above, has requested for sanction of Additional Grant of Rs.10.00 Lakhs to the Association for purchasing of new treadmills, steel dumb bells, other related gym equipment etc., which is very essential for maintaining good health of employees at large. 2. The Finance (Expr. GAD.I) Department in the reference 2nd and 3rd read above have issued Budget Release Order for Rs.50.00 lakhs under Non-Plan from the 1st and 2nd Quarters provision of B.E.2011-12 respectively, under the Head of Account “2052–90–SH (13) Assistance to Service Associations, 310/312”. 3. The Government, after careful examination of the matter, hereby sanction Grant of Rs.10.00 Lakhs (Rupees Ten Lakhs Only) to the Telangana Non- Gazetted Officers’ Union, Secretariat branch, Hyderabad towards purchasing the new treadmills, steel dumb bells, other related gym equipment etc., for the Gymnasium situated in “K’ Block of the Secretariat. 4. The expenditure sanctioned in Para (3) above shall be met from the Head of Account “2052 – Secretariat – General Services – MH-090-Secretariat – S.H. (13) – Assistance to Service Associations – 310 – Grant-in-aid –312–Other Grants-in-aid” from the Budget Provision of 2011-12. 5. The President, Telangana Non-Gazetted Officers’ Union, Secretariat branch, Hyderabad, shall submit the Utilization Certificate and Audited Statement of Accounts along with original Bills and Supporting Vouchers within (3) months from the date of drawal of the amount and unutilized amount if any has to be remitted to Government, failing which action will be taken for the recovery of the entire amount from the President of the Association. 6. The General Administration (Claims-C) Department shall draw and disburse the amount sanctioned in para (3) above to the Telangana Non- Gazetted Officers’ Union, Secretariat Branch, Hyderabad, Account No.52088418135, State Bank of Hyderabad, Secretariat Branch, Hyderabad (IFSC Code: SBHY0020077 and MICR Code: 500004056) under intimation to General Administration (SW.II) Department. 7.
