B.Vijaya Lakshmi, W/o late Sri B.Chandrasekhara Rao,, Additional Secretary (Retd.), General Administration Department. The amount of Rs.8,595/- now sanctioned has not been sanctioned and drawn earlier. Smt. B.Vijaya Lakshmi, W/o Sri B.Chandrasekhara Rao, Addl. Secy.(Retd.) has submitted Death certificate and Family members certificate. 2.
