From the C&DA., Lr.No.Pen.(2)3968/2011, dated 18-10-2011 -o0o- O R D E R: Under Rule 52 of Andhra Pradesh Revised Pension Rules, 1980, the Government, hereby accord sanction for provisional pension to an extent of 75% from the normal eligible pension of Sri K.Chinna Narayana, former Joint Director of Agriculture, Kadapa district (now retired) with effect from 01--02-2011, without prejudice to the outcome of the Departmental proceedings pending against him . 2.
