The LOC shall be issued by the Commissioner of AYUSH, AP, Hyderabad. All the maintenance/construction works shall be executed through the APHMHIDC, Hyderabad. The Managing Director, APHMHIDC, AP, Hyderabad shall indicate in the distribution order of this L.O.C. amount, the executing Agency chosen for the above items of work and intimate the fact to the Director of Works and Accounts, AP, Hyderabad and the Pay and Accounts Officer (W&P) of the district concerned. 3. The Commissioner of AYUSH, AP, Hyderabad and the Director of Works and Accounts, A.P., Hyderabad are requested to regulate the expenditure to the extent of LOC now authorized at para 1 above. 4. The Commissioner of AYUSH, AP, H yderabad shall take necessary action in the matter and furnish the utilization certificate/Statement of Expenditure for the amount sanctioned at para-1 above to Government.
