ORDER:
In the reference 1st read above, the Engineer-in-Chief (R&B)
Buildings, Hyderabad has furnished the Fire Extinguishers estimates for
an amount of `.11,00,000/- (Rupees Eleven lakhs only) for replacement of
(104) out dated Fire Extinguishers by new supply and installation of new
Fire Extinguishers to D-Block, in the premises of A.P.Secretariat and
requested to accord administrative sanction.
2. In the circumstances reported by the Engineer-in-Chief (R&B)
Buildings, Hyderabad in the reference 3rd read above and after careful
examination of the matter, administrative sanction is hereby accorded for
an amount of `.11,00,000/-(Rupees Eleven lakhs only) for replacement of
(104) out dated Fire Extinguishers by new supply and installation of new
Fire Extinguishers to D-Block, in the premises of A.P.Secretariat, on the
responsibility of the Engineer-in-Chief (R&B) Buildings, Hyderabad,
subject to following due procedure and also subject to production of work
done certificate at the time of issue of LOC.
3. The expenditure shall be debited to the head of account “2059
Public works - 01 Office buildings – MH 053 Maintenance and repairs – SH
(10) Buildings of Genl.Admn.Dept. – 270 Minor works – 272 Maintenance”.
4. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance & Planning
(FW) Dept., in terms of circular Memo.No.7088/049/A/BG/2000-1, dated
25.10.2002.
