From the Government of India, Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances & Pensions, Department of Personnel & Training, New Delhi Letter No.11019/06/2001-AIS.III, dated 05.12.2007. 2. G.O.Rt.No.525, G.A.(SC.C) Department, Dated:05.02.2012. 3. From Director General of Police, A.P. Hyderabad Letter Rc.No. 211/G4/2012, dated 27.2.2012 and 28.02.2012 ****** O R D E R:- In terms of orders issued in the reference 2nd read above, certain IPS Officers are undergoing Phase.III, Mid Career Training of 8 weeks at S.V.P. National Police Academy, Hyderabad from 06.02.2012 to 16.03.2012 followed by 2 weeks programme in Australia from 19.03.2012 to 30.03.3012. 2. In the circumstances stated by the Director General of Police, A.P. Hyderabad in the references 3rd read above and in terms of the instructions issued by the Government of India, in the reference 1st read above, Government hereby sanction Ex.India Earned Leave for 6 days from 31.03.2012 to 05.04.2012 (both days inclusive) (excluding journey period), after completion of above training programme to the following Members of Service, subject to the exigencies of public service. Under F.R.26 (b) (ii), it is hereby certified that the above IPS Officers would have continued in their respective grades and pay scale as shown against each in para 2 above, in the rank of Superintendent of Police, during the above period, but for their going on leave. The expenditure for the stay of the Members of Service at abroad on Ex-India leave shall be borne by the Members of Service from their personal savings, in terms of the instructions issued by the Government of India, Department of Personnel & Training, in their letter No.11019/6/2001.AIS.III dated 07.03.2003/4.8.2003 read- with letter dated 05.12.2007. The Members of Service shall not accept hospitality from any foreign Government/private body other than a close relative during the above leave period.
