ORDER:
In the circumstances reported by the Principal Chief Conservator of
Forests (Head of Forest Force), A.P. Hyderabad in his letters 5th and 7th
read above and after examination of the matter, the period from
19.11.1999 to 29.3.2000 in respect of Sri C.K.Mishra, IFS(1985) is
regularised as follows, under A.I.S (Leave) Rules, 1955 and under F.R.9
(6)(b).
From 19.11.1999 to 21.12.1999 Compulsory wait for posting orders
From 22.12.1999 to 29.3.2000 Earned leave
(Both Days Inclusive)
2. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department,
vide their Circular Memo No.31617-A/520/A2/FR.I/2001, Dated 26-9-
2001.
