Stationers, Hyderabad.

Sanction is accorded for the payment of Rs. 89,445/- (Rupees Eighty Nine
thousand Four Hundred and Forty Five only) to M/s. Geeta Stationers, Hyderabad
towards the cost of Transparent Folders A4, Uniball Pens, Feviquicks, Correction Pens, Binder
Clips 15MM & 19MM, Computer Mouses etc., supplied for the use of GAD, Minister Peshies
including Chief Minister Peshies.
2. The above expenditure shall be debited to “2013 Council of Ministers - M.H. 800
Other expenditure - SH.04 Other expenditure - 130 Office Expenses – 132 Other
Office Expenses”.
3. The General Administration (Claims.C) Department is requested to arrange for credit of
sanctioned amount to the Account No.0207002100076672, Punjab National Bank, Bank
Street Branch, RTGS / NEFT IFS Code: PUNB0020700 MICR Code : 500024002.
4. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department vide their
U.O.Note No.39532/A/322/A2/TFR/96, Dated:20.09.1997.
